Your doggie has the option of our private luxury suites or cabanas, with separate air conditioning/heating systems with 100% fresh air returns. Our state-of-the-art facility was designed by experts in the field of animal care. 

Our highly qualified staff is always here to provide the best care available to each pet – including plenty of hands on attention. Luxury Suites  Our Luxury Suites provide elegant and pampering care for the pet wanting the best The Palms has to offer. Our suites provide luxury bedding, air-conditioning, color television or soothing music. Three sizes of suites are available to accommodate your needs.

The Cabanas  Our Cabanas are in a spacious air-conditioned area allowing for large and giant breeds and even multi-pet families to have the maximum space to enjoy. We have cabanas for all breeds and we have “Serenity Row” for geriatric or sensitive pets. Our cabanas are grouped in dormitories of 12 to 16 units with tempered glass doors allowing for visibility.  Each dormitory has it's own secure yard for exercise and play where your pet is taken four or more times per day.

Special Needs:  Please feel free to discuss any special requirements with us when you make your reservation - we will do everything in our power to make sure your pet is taken care of and provided for. The following is a sampling of special needs that can be accommodated:

PlayCare / Play Time: - Boarding dogs can enjoy the fun of PlayCare, too!  Sign up for PlayCare or our Individual Play Time sessions. This provides exercise, promotes social skills and decreases stress levels.
