Premium Services

The Palms Pet Resort & Spa offers premium care and services for dogs and cats in a safe, clean, and healthy facility. Our eight HVAC units provide consistent climate control in all areas with frequent outside air recirculation. All team members are certified pet care technicians and The Palms is directed by Dr. James R. Peterson, owner of The Palms and Hill Country Animal Hospital.

  • Spacious Luxury Suites and Cabanas for dogs and Kitty Condos for cats, all offering around the clock care every day of the year.
  • Doggie PlayCare, also known as doggie daycare, provides a fun and unique opportunity for your dog to socialize with other dogs under the care and direction of our certified staff.
  • The Palms Salon offers full service grooming for dogs and cats, including bathing, specialty styling, and FURminator® Shed-Less treatments.
  • The Palms Academy offers group training classes with a wide variety of options, private lessons, and board & train options in a comfortable and safe indoor facility, taught by experienced and certified trainers.
  • The Palms Boutique offers a selection of treats, toys, collars, leashes, and pet apparel.
  • The Palms has certified staff around the clock everyday, with access to on call veterinarians at any time.
